Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Technical Writer to join our
Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and
accurate technical content that supports our products and services. This includes technical
documentation, product manuals, blogs, whitepapers, and marketing collaterals aimed at both
technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in SaaS or IT
services domains.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them effectively in
simple terms.
• Proficiency in technical writing tools and content management systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams
