Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) to design, develop, and implement scalable data architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in RFP response, solutioning, customer engagement, and data migration initiatives, ensuring optimal data strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end data architecture design and solutioning across multiple cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).
  • Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents for enterprise data solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on RFPs, proposals, and customer presentations.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand business requirements, data challenges, and provide optimal architectural solutions.
  • Design and oversee data migration strategies from on-premise to cloud or between cloud environments.
  • Define and implement data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Evaluate emerging data technologies and provide recommendations to enhance scalability and performance.
  • Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and analytics teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Qualifications
  1. Strong hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms: GCP, AWS, Azure
  2. Expertise in RFP response, HLD design, customer engagement, and solutioning
  3. Proven experience in data migration (on-prem to cloud or multi-cloud)
  4. Deep understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT, and big data ecosystems
  5. Experience with data security, governance, and compliance frameworks
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing engagements

 

Job Benefits
  • Certifications in any cloud platform (GCP Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Azure Data Engineer Associate)
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Synapse
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
