Sr Salesforce Lead
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, extensive hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, and deep knowledge of Git and Salesforce DX (SFDX). As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet the unique needs of our business.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Develop custom Salesforce applications, features, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Experience Cloud: Utilize hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud to create, configure, and maintain community portals and digital experiences.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Customization: Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to fit business requirements.
- Code Management: Utilize Git for version control and SFDX for Salesforce development lifecycle management, ensuring code quality and consistency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Deploy solutions using SFDX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of developed solutions and processes.
- Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions, addressing any issues and optimizing performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7+years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Experience Cloud: Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Deep knowledge and practical experience with Git for version control.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) for development and deployment.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Tools & Technologies:
- Familiarity with tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and other development tools.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web development frameworks is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
