Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.).
∙Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, DevOps, or enterprise IT systems.
∙Prior background as a developer, engineer, or technical lead is a plus.
∙Familiarity with risk management and compliance in technology projects.
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, product, business stakeholders) to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
∙Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
∙Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring timely resolution.
∙Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
∙Track and report project progress, KPIs, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
∙Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
∙Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of delivered solutions.
∙Drive continuous process improvement in project management practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
∙Proven experience (5+ years) managing technical/software development projects.
∙Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
∙Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, Confluence).
∙Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
∙Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
∙Ability to balance technical understanding with business priorities.
