Automation Lead /Architect
Description
- 6 + years work experience in Automation testing using Selenium.
- Proficient in Java, Javascript and other languages based UI Test Automation tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, locator strategies and handling wait conditions.
- Management and Team Handling Experience.
- Ability to quickly build framework components and reusable assets using design patterns. Good knowledge of web services standards, API Testing and related technologies (REST, SOAP, XML) using Postman or similar tools.
- Well versed working with RestAssured or similar HTTP Client libraries for API Automation.
- Hands on Experience in Katalon
- Identify regression test cases that can be automated using Katalon
- Build and maintain the test scripts.
- Build the governance model and define the processes to achieve the milestones.
- Build process documentation for the automation suites created.
- Establish detailed standards around the bank s usage of the Katalon Studio test automationtool as well as standards for the creation and storage of test artifacts (test scripts, test data, test execution results, etc ) in GitHub.
- Create training materials, and train other QA team members on how to use the KatalonStudiostool in accordance with the defined standards, and how to integrate within the DevOps workflow.
- Help define the governance processes that will be used to ensure the QA teamis usingKatalonStudios tool in a consistent, scalable, maintainable, and efficient manner across all Lines of Business and applications.
- Katalon Automation Certified will added advantage.
- Should have worked on source code management tools like GIT/SVN. Experience integrating the test framework with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, SeleniumGrid) incloud and data-centre based infrastructure
- Experience working in Agile development methodology and fast paced delivery model.

- Katalon Studios Test Automation Tool - preferred prior experience using KatalonStudiosto create and execute automated test scripts.
- If Katalon skills not available, candidate should have good knowledge on Seleniumandwilling to adapt to Katalon immediately on hire.
