Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Developer with expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to
design, develop, and maintain robust master data management solutions. The ideal candidate will
have deep experience in cloud-native tools, data integration, governance, and end-to-end data lifecycle management. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability
across enterprise systems and analytics platforms.
SkillSet required:-
Microsoft cloud and native tools such as: Azure, Data Factory, Blob storage, Airflow, Docker,
Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Key Vault, Log Analyics, DevOps, ADLS Gen2, Azure Synapse
Analytics, Azure ML/ Synapse Spark, Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Purview, Azure Policy
etc.
Key Responsibilities:
∙Design and develop MDM solutions using Microsoft Azure tools and services.
∙Implement and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and
Airflow for scalable data integration.
∙Create and manage data storage using Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Blob Storage, and
Microsoft Fabric.
∙Develop data quality, cleansing, and matching logic within the MDM framework.
∙Integrate MDM solutions with reporting tools such as Power BI and Azure Synapse
Analytics.
∙Deploy and orchestrate containerized services using Docker and Azure DevOps.
∙Implement and monitor data governance and security using Microsoft Purview, Azure Key
Vault, and Azure Policy.
∙Leverage Azure ML, Synapse Spark, and Cognitive Services for data enrichment and
advanced analytics when necessary.
∙Maintain observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other monitoring tools.
∙Collaborate with stakeholders across business, data governance, and IT to ensure MDM aligns with organizational data strategies.
∙Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
∙Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
∙6+ years of experience in data engineering or MDM development roles.
∙Strong hands-on experience with:
oAzure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage Gen2, Blob
Storage
oDocker, Azure DevOps, Airflow
oMicrosoft Purview, Power BI, Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services
oAzure Key Vault, Azure Policy, Log Analytics
∙Deep understanding of data modeling, data governance, data quality, and metadata
management.
∙Familiarity with master data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.).
∙Strong programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., SQL, Python, PySpark).
∙Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
