- Model Development and Fine-Tuning: Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models to meet performance and accuracy benchmarks.
- Model Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve existing models, implementing state-of-the-art techniques and methodologies.
- Python Expertise: Leverage strong proficiency in Python to integrate ML models into our products and workflows.
- Team Guidance: Mentor and guide team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to machine learning
projects. - Task Allocation: Collaborate with team leads to allocate tasks efficiently, considering team members' strengths and areas of expertise.
- Sprint Planning: Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, providing valuable insights into project scope, complexity, and timelines.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to
define and implement machine learning solutions. - Model Documentation: Create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for machine learning models, making them accessible to the wider team.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, exploring new methodologies and technologies that could enhance our products.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
● Proven experience in machine learning model development, fine-tuning, and deployment.
● Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
● Experience in guiding and mentoring team members.
● Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint planning.
● Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
